You can now use your keyboard to take home the keys to your next used car. Click Collect Drive is a convenient, simple and innovative way to shop for your next vehicle anywhere, anytime.

It only takes a couple of minutes and will save you time at our Motorparks dealerships. Complete the reservation process online or by phone, then schedule an appointment to sign and take delivery of your next vehicle. You are under no obligation until you sign and no deposit is required when making the simple reservation.

How it works

Step 1 - Click to Reserve

Click the 'Reserve' button on our website and either complete an online form or phone the dealer (depending on dealer opening hours).

Step 2 - Book an Appointment

Our dealer will contact you by phone within 24 hours to confirm the reservation and agree an appointment time and date to visit the dealership and arrange a test drive or for you to pick up your car when the sale is agreed.

Step 3 - Collect your car

When you buy and collect your car you'll need to bring proof of ID (see FAQs below). This will make the collection process easier and get you on the road quicker to enjoy your new car.

Step 4 - Drive

Having bought your perfect car its time for us to say a big thank you and for you to hit-the-road and drive.

FAQs

I have found my perfect car and clicked and reserved it, what next?

We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the cars availability and book an appointment with you to arrange a test drive and agree the sale. Any questions, just ask at our dealership and we will be happy to help.
 

How much Click Collect Drive does it cost?

Our Click Collect Drive car reservation service is free as long as an appointment is agreed within 48 hours. Providing an appointment is agreed within that time, we do not ask for a deposit.
 

I have made an appointment at the dealership that I need to change?

Please contact us to arrange a more convenient time. However we will not hold cars indefinitely beyond 48 hours without asking for a deposit.
 

What happens if the car is not as described or pictured?

We'll do our absolute best to find you an alternative within either the dealership you reserved the car at or our group stock.
 

What happens if the car I have reserved is not available for any reason?

In the unlikely event that the car you have reserved is not available for any reason we will do our upmost to find a suitable alternative car from our group stock as soon as possible.
 

Why is Click Collect Drive not available on all cars?

We can only currently offer to reserve cars at a 'physical' dealer location. However, by phoning or emailing any of our car dealers it is possible to get any group stock car transferred to your nearest dealership by prior arrangement. A deposit may be required and terms may be set out depending on the value of the car. Please contact the dealer for full terms and conditions.
 

When can I collect my car?

As soon as the sale and terms are agreed with our dealership. Our dealers will keep in constant contact to keep you informed on this.
 

Can I drive my vehicle away the same day as my first visit?

Yes. Some of our guests choose to drive their new car away the same day. If you wish to take advantage of this service you'll need to bring all necessary ID described below.
 

What proof of ID do I need to bring?

Please bring the following with you when you visit:

  • Driving Licence (holders of photo ID licence must bring counterpart)
  • Utility bill (preferably home phone bill showing current address and dated within the last 3 months)
  • Proof of signature (Passport, Credit/Switch card etc)
  • Last two wage slips
  • Your part ex documents (if applicable) YOU MUST BRING YOUR LOG BOOK V5 IF YOU WISH TO PART EXCHANGE
  • Current insurance details
