What makes and models do Motorparks service?

We service all makes and models at any of our dealerships nationwide.

This does not invalidate your vehicle’s warranty at all. Each of our dealerships undertake all services in accordance with the Vehicle Assembler's servicing schedules and only use parts manufactured to Original Equipment (OE) quality.

We use high quality parts too.

As a franchised dealership group representing many brands, we wouldn't think twice about using anything less when it comes to servicing your car. That doesn't mean that the price of the service is affected either. As one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups, we have excellent purchasing advantages. This allows us to keep your costs low, but our service quality to you high.

We either use genuine parts or we use parts manufactured to Original Equipment (OE) quality from some of the world’s most well-know brands - which means that your manufacturer's warranty is protected.

If I book my service with Motorparks, will my manufacturer warranty be invalidated?

No. We will carry out all services in accordance with the Vehicle Assembler's servicing schedules.

The parts we use on your vehicle will be official, genuine parts or parts manufactured to Original Equipment (OE) quality. This means that your manufacturer's warranty is protected.

For example: If you have a Fiat, which is still protected by the manufacturer’s warranty, and you choose to book your service at one of our Ford dealerships, we will use Fiat parts or parts manufactured to Original Equipment (OE) quality. Which means that under UK law, your vehicle will still remain within warranty.

You cannot invalidate your manufacturer warranty as long as the above is followed.
 

What type of service does my car need?

At Motorparks, we will always offer you a service quote specific to your vehicle, as the manufacturer service schedule will often vary depending on your vehicle’s age, mileage and model. We will offer you a full breakdown of costs on our invoices (this includes VAT).
 

What about your fixed price Priority Service Plan?

Fixed Price Servicing from £13.99 a month*

With our Priority Service Plan, you can spread the cost of your servicing into more manageable interest free payments. There’s no chance of it rising either, as they’re fixed from the moment you take out the plan.

Our Priority Service Plan gives you peace of mind and cuts your motoring costs, while you benefit from:

  • Full warranty protection.
  • State-of-the-art service bays and the latest diagnostic techniques.
  • You authorise all work before completion.

  • As a Priority Service Plan guest you can benefit from an extra 10% off any extra work required.

You can take out the Priority Service Plan at any time during the ownership of your car and if you decide to change your car before the end of the plan, you can transfer it onto a new plan for your nice new vehicle.
