I left my steering lock key on my part exchange vehicle however this was not noticed until I returned from shopping at Ikea with my family and couldn't unlock the lock I had placed on my new car. We had only had the new car for 2 hours when Sales Manager Taran went above and beyond by delivering the steering lock key to us at about 8.30pm. My family and I were so grateful and glad to be a Land Rover Jaguar customer.

I usually purchase through Beadles Watford but because of poor communication when JLR halted production of the I-Pace 21MY earlier than anticipated due semiconductor world semiconductor shortage, they didn't bother to inform me. I decided to look for alternatives and finally dealt with Richard at Grange Barnet he was excellent which sold me the car. Unfortunately Richard then moved from Grange Barnet to Beadles Watford after which communication with Grange was non-existent - no one knew anything or could be bothered to find out and call back. Ali Issazadeh came into the picture, provided an excellent service and basically saved the day.

Paul and Graham were very helpful ensuring that the car was set up perfectly and the call 24 hours after purchasing just showed me how much they valued their customers. The car actually arrived earlier than expected which was even better. The advice on the styling of the car was superb and with excellent knowledge. The help I had with the test drive was also really good and much appreciated. The welcome and help overall was A* as one would expect from a prestigious company. Thank you. Happy to recommend and I will be back for the next one!

First visit met one of the technicians who talked us through E/F pace. This made my mind up of what to purchase. We the went to see a 21 plate e pace just perfect. The general manager helped us until Ruhel Ali was available. Ruhel demonstrated great customer service and nothing was to much trouble.the purchase was professional and swift and all aspects explained really well.all emails to Ruhel were answered with efficiency. He made the hand over very special loved the individual showroom my car was in on collection. great touch the general manager came to see me just before we left very professional, and Ruhel was just outstanding throughout.
