The move of servicing to Horsham means that it is done by unknown people in my absence. Coupled with some expensive advisory items this does raise a feeling of unease that the cost seems excessive. This is not a problem for now but will bear upon my eventual move to a Hybrid vehicle and does raise a question mark about customer experience of the current Doves.
