Your out of centre location is a problem usually requiring 2 cars to drop off and collect. As we live in Otford this is quite an inconvenience. The previous service you offered for dropping customers off and collecting from T/Wells was much appreciated. MESSAGE FROM INVICTA TUNBRIDGE WELLS: "We do infact still offer this service. We are very sorry you had this experience, we can only putting it down to human error and getting our wires crossed. We will be in contact shortley to offer our apolagies"

My only negative comment is that after servicing, my car was left in a position requiring a series of tricky manoeuvres to escape from! Otherwise, you have a satisfied customer Thank You!

Fantastic service from Anastasia, she was patient with us and spent time explaining all the cars and the different features. Now I have finally chosen and I am thrilled! Thank you so much for your support as it is an expensive item and the guidence was very much appricaited!! However, a little dissapointed some cheap items were not spotted fixed when it had its 'inhouse' service (eg. window wipers & bent car ariel)

Car was retuned sparkling clean. It is the first time I have used the collect and deliver service - I would have preferred a shorter time slot for pick up as we waited until just after the specified 3 hour range for pick up. The car was returned at the time I expected. There was no verbal discussion about work done, presumably because there was nothing much needed with low mileage.

The service itself was fine but there were 2 issues which I was disappointed with. First I had called twice the day before the service to ask a question and my calls were never returned. Secondly I requested a hire car as I have 2 small children and when we got in the car, there was no fuel - fuel light was already on. I understand that fuel is the customers responsibility but I feel it is quite poor to provide a car with no fuel in it.

I took my car in for an MOT on 02.08.2011 and initially I was told the lifetime free MOT no longer applied. However this was subsequently carried out free of charge.The only other complaint I have is that despite confirming I will wait for the car to be serviced the receptionist has said we do not have a note of anyone waiting!

Rattle in door was not fixed but only because it would have taken too long for me too wait. I will re-book. I was offered a service plan when I bought the car, but it took about 8 months and many phone calls to get it set up, meaning I had to pay towards the first service.
